• 1 Lemon slice, cut in half
• 3 Mint Leaves

• 5-6 Mint Leaves
• 1 Lemon

• 4-5 Strawberries, cut in half
• 5-6 Mint Leaves / Basil Leaves

Mix together 5-6 sliced strawberries with a small handful of basil in a glass jug. Add 1 liter of cold filtered water. Leave to infuse for 2-3 hours.

CUCUMBER :



INGREDIENTS :

• 5-6 slices of Cucumber
• 4 Basil Leaves/ Mint Leaves
• 1 Lemon, cut in half. 

Cut 2 lemons in half and gently squeeze the juice into a glass jug. Finely chop 1 cucumber and mix it in with the lemons. Grab a handful of Mint leaves/ Basil leaves  and clap the mint together in the palm of your hands to intensify the flavors, then add it to the jug and mix. Pour in approximately 1 liter of filtered water and refrigerate for 2 hours to infuse.

• 2 cups of chopped Watermelon
• 5-6 Basil Leaves

Add around 2 cups of chopped watermelon to a large glass jug. Add a handful of basil, followed by 1 liter of filtered water. Leave to infuse for 2-3 hours.

Ingredients :

2 Onion

2 Amla

3-4 tablespoon of Coconut Oil

How to Make :

Take 2 Onions and Amla(remove the seeds), cut it into small pieces, then place them into the blender and blend until smooth paste. Strain the blend and squeeze out as much as possible.  You can also use a grater, peel the Onion and Amla and grate it, and then strain the mixture to get the juice.

Mix the juice with Coconut Oil, then massage the juice into your scalp and leave it on 30 minutes or an hour, then rinse it off and wash your hair using a natural cleanser.

(5) Onion Juice and Lemon

Ingredients :

2 Onion 

Half a lemon

3-4 tablespoon of Coconut Oil
5-6 drops of Lavender Essential Oil (optional)

How to Make :

This combination of onion juice with one 1/2 teaspoon of Lemon juice is very good for dandruff. 

Peel the onion and cut it into pieces, then place them into the blender and blend until smooth paste. Next, strain the blend and squeeze out as much juice as possible. You can also use a grater, peel the onion and grate it, and then strain the mixture to get the juice.

Mix Onion Juice, Lemon Juice with some Coconut Oil, you can add a few drops of essential oil to give it a good smell. Lavender Essential Oil is also good for dandruff. 

Apply it on your scalp and hair, leave it for an hour and then rinse your hair with a shampoo.

(6) Onion Juice and Aloe Vera Gel

Ingredients :

2 Onion

3-4 tablespoon of Aloe Vera Gel

How to Make :

CLEANSER -


It is  the primary step. Cleansing is very important step in skincare routine. As it cleans the whole face, take out the dirt and bacteria. It cleanses your pores, removes dirt in a very natural and gentle way. Removes dirty oil with beneficial oils that can heal and nourish your skin. Some ingredients which can be used as cleansers are:-


(1) RAW MILK

Warm it between your fingers. Add just a few drops of water if necessary to make a spreadable consistency. Then gently rub it on your face for at least 30 seconds. Rinse off with cold water and pat your face dry. If you have time, you’ll get the best results by leaving the thin layer of honey on for at least 10 minutes before rinsing.
